Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings and all agreements for the provision of services by Welldressed Styling.
Definitions
“We” or “us” means Welldressed Styling;
“Services” means style consultations, corporate workshops, wardrobe edits, personal shopping, virtual styling and any other services provided to you by us;
“Client” or “you” means any person who contracts with Welldressed Styling for the provision of Services.
Payments
Payment for styling services must be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
Postponement and Cancellation
If you wish to reschedule or postpone an appointment you must give us at least 48 hours written notice before the appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of payment.
Where a request to reschedule is agreed upon by us, any payments made will be transferred to the new rescheduled date.
If an appointment is cancelled, payment will be forfeited.
Relationship with Retail Stores
Welldressed Styling does not act as an agent for any retail stores. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store. The terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues are those you may agree with the store.
Welldressed Styling does not accept any liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of services by us.
